Very easy to use
I never owned an oximeter before so I have nothing to compare it to, but its very easy to use straight out of the box. My husband and I were both diagnosed with COVID and we wanted to keep an eye on our oxygen levels. This gave us peace of mind.

Review of Zacurate 430DL Finger Oximeter
PROS: Product comes with a silicone sleeve for pocket carry, a lanyard for neck carry, and a protective case for belt carry, all nice touches. The device displays results rapidly and is very accurate. Display is large and bright. CONS: The device has 6 display orientations, but does not save the preferred to memory. Must scroll through display options each time you use. Only adjustable feature is brightness. Although website advertises sound and alarms, I could find no way to turn this on so mine stays silent. Range on sats start at 70% which is probably o.k. but I sometimes go below 70 and would like to see actual and get alarm below 90%.

Doesn't work
I spent a bit more on this item because it had good reviews. But the one I received doesn't work properly. It spends several minutes calibrating, then either turns off, or shows wildly fluctuating oxygen numbers (from 80-93). The heart rate isn't even close to accurate. I tried fresh batteries and different fingers with no luck.

Not good quality control
Intermittent operation. It only gives results one out of ten times it is used if even that. I will return the unit.
