I wanted to wait until I got good usage on the Comal Pan before posting a review. I purchased the teal version and used it as a skillet and for homemade tortillas. Two things of note: keep an eye on whatever you're cooking, as the pan scorches food too easily. One minute it seemed to not be heating at all, and adjusting the heat up by a scant degree - food is now scorched and pan is way too hot. Next, in this one pan, I managed to scrape away a bit of the cooking surface, and on another part of the pan, I can't seem to remove a bit of scorched food after multiple hand-washings with those blue "non-scratch" scrubbing sponges. Never used metal utensils either. One great thing is that the pan has not warped and has stayed relatively flat, unlike other griddle-like pans I've used in the past, causing oil, etc to skew off to the side with a now uneven heating surface.

I bought this a couple months ago and am so disappointed with it. It doesn't heat evenly. I bought this I love to make tortillas. I've only used it a couple of times and my dough burnt to it, it is very difficult to remove the burn spots even after soaking it. The non stick coating is already coming off. It is very thin and feels like its gonna bind with the slightest bend. I WOULD NOT recommend this product.

Bought this just about two weeks ago & I used it to make flour tortillas, it's great that one can cook two tortillas at a time, but even though I didn't have the heat high on the bottom of it, it burnt a bit and while cooking chicken fajitas on it, it has like a burn mark on top of it.

I bought this for a Christmas gift and it burnt food first time using it. The bottom of the pan burnt on low heat.
