The Instructions were hard to follow and all the cushions have no fluff

Scam?
It took forever to get delivered then once it did I only received one box. Then, I had to wait for the second box to get delivered for there to be no legs or screws to put the couch together. After contacting them to report missing items they send another box that was supposed to have the legs and screws inside and I did not. Currently trying to return . Also the padding you have to slip inside the couch doesn't fit properly so it does not lay correctly.
