Fast to buikd
Very easy to put together, took under an hour to build by myself. super soft to the touch as well.

Not happy
I received the couch without any hardware, I have sent several emails and have been told that the hardware would be sent to me. It's been almost a month and I still haven't received it

Received half a couch
Unfortunately, I don't think I received the full couch. I only received half of it which I was told on a piece of paper in the box that it would come three days later and it still hasn't came. I don't know what's going on, but I definitely need a refund or the rest of the couch.

Not a good couch
Very uncomfortable to sit and lay on. Instructions to build were not clear. Gets dirty easily. Do not recommend.
