ZAFLY L Shaped Sectional Couch, Corner Couches and Sofas with Side Pockets, Sectionals for Living Room - Grey

I’ve purchased two of these couches. One in a residence and one for staging a real estate listing. Photographs well when it is brand new, but that’s really the only compliment I can give it . Reads blue rather than dark grey. Not a comfortable couch. Linen is pilling after a few months of use. Difficult to get all the sections locked in together

First of all,didn’t realize there were so many pieces.It was very time consuming putting it together.Some of the holes were misaligned and all of the hardware was not there.The back pillows were a little lower than I would have liked.Also the height wasn’t what I expected.Its cute for an apartment I guess,but the value is on point,you get what you pay for.

Easy assembly, but the side arm pieces don’t fit right

No screws or tools to put it together!! I went to Home Depot 7 times and still can not find the right one because of the design. It’s much smaller than i expected. It’s so light weight i know it will not be functional. I would like to return it because of the headache it’s causing but i have no faith in getting my money back. I wasted $500 on this cheap firewood

They sent me the wrong parts. Each part should be different so I can assemble them. However, there were two parts that was exactly identical. I can't even assemble them together. And the quality of the screws was bad. Two screws stuck together I couldn't separate them.

Horrible customer service. Couch came in damaged amd they refused to send me a return label or provide me with a return label. I am reporting to the better business.

I ordered this couch. Tried to put it together multiple times and the holes do not line up with the metal brackets that it’s supposed to screw into.The color and style looks good but it’s very cheap made and the cushions are very thin definitely not as described or worth the money. I have reached out to customer service the seller themselves first before I go above four times now and have not heard anything back to get my money back.

Assembling this item was a pain to deal with as the fabric for some of holes in the board were covered by glue that needed to be cut through. Some items were mislabeled the completely wrong letters from the instructions had mentioned. Overall made putting it together take way longer than it needed to. One page of the instructions didn't specify whether to face the Velcro up or down (it was up), so my fiancé and I had to take a guess if it was up after bolting the piece in, but guessing isn't necessary. It came with all the parts, but was frustrating to put together.

Don't bother buying this item, it's useless and the customer service for both the seller and Walmart just steal your money. I didn't get the complete full set of assembly parts and no one was able to help me. Thieves. Scammers. Don't buy this item

The item arrived at my home via FEDEX. This shipment was damaged. I contacted Walmart who had me contact the manufacturer Ijuicy regarding this product. I requested to return item for refund and no one will respond to me. Walmart should refund me over $400.00 if Ijuicy home is not going to assist me. This product was advertised on Walmarts website.
