This portable air conditioner is top notch.I love this thing.Its automatic meaning the flaps open and close automatically,it tells you when you need to wipe down the permanent filter..no filters to buy,tells you the humidity in the room.Very easy instructions..took me about a hr to unpack it all and assemble window piece etc.im in my 60s and did it with ease.noise levels not bad at all..no more then a typical fan..in which it has.Its a fan,air conditioner,dehumidafier.and a sleep mode which turns the light panel low and runs low fan.Its so so nice.I wished id known about these many years ago.Its on wheels so easy to move around..Youl need your window exhaust fitted in window when using the air conditioner but not the fan..so you can move it around for that.The remotes very nice..large and easy to run but love the app for your phone.watch videos as a bar code is in the instructions.It helps alot.I wouldnt hesitate to order again.Better then a window air by far.the units not in the elements so stays clean..no dirt and grime .Love it..10 stars.Fast delivery as well.i want to add all the pieces and unit are very nice quality..no cheap junk..Great Job Zafro!kudos I live in an apt.i did get the bigger one..1400btu just to be sure it will do my whole apt.covers 500 sq ft.Bring on the heat.

I've only had this for a few weeks, but so far I'm very happy with it. It was easy to install, and it's simple to operate. My bedroom is the warmest room in the house. In the past, I've had to keep the rest of the house cooler than I prefer, to keep that bedroom comfortable. This unit keeps my bedroom cool while allowing me to use the main house A/C less.

I got this to add to a room that family was going to stay in. It worked out great. It was easy set up and was not very loud to run. It was put in a pretty good sized room and kept the area nice and cool for them. The controls were easy to understand and the remote is a great feature(plus its big so it makes it easier to find). The added hose was easy to run the a wall, but it can easily be put to exit through a window.

I love these I've got a little bit window in my bedroom and these are perfect for the window size. It may be a 12 inch window across so it fits perfect are easy to install. It worked great they got roly wheels I don't use them. I just put mine on top of a bucket and use it they're extremely good. I've had them before my other one lasted 3 1/2 years and I bought this one because I like it.

very pleased with this ac unit. we have a finished dormer and it gets really hot. this cools down the space and my electric bill didnt increase much at all. very quiet as well.

Quailty for price . Prefer the portable over the large window units any day. Love the portable units! Great price for unit! Noise level is duable. Cools our livingroom with ease.

My AC for the house broke down unexpectedly so I purchased this portable ac for my bedroom to help while waiting for my central home ac to be completely overhauled. It did the job.

This is my first portable air conditioner. I wasn't sure what to expect. The unit cools as well as a window unit. The exhaust hose gets warm so I'm purchasing a insulation cover for it. Installation was easy. The thermostat is accurate. I let it drain continuously. Overall I am very pleased. I will consider buying another Zafro unit eventually.

Product easy install, huge relief in heat wave with air conditioner broken. Only issue was delivery date on website and arrival of product. Customer service did answer after contacting Walmart customer service for return…

It doesn't cool at all, I'm going to try to return if I'm ever able to find the seller, this should be as easy as it is to take your money, it's not!!!
