I am taking this for over 2 years now and am pleased that I did not need to start medication, as per my doctor's reading of recent blood work. I am also trying!! to eat healthy and do exercise. I also cut out soft drinks and am drinking only water and tea.

Disappointed
I was waiting for months for this to come back in stock and now that it is, it's half the amount of pills per container for the same amount of money. I'm extremely disappointed.
