I recently started taking these supplements and so far so good. You take four capsules a day, usually two twice a day with food and I like them so far. They are easy to swallow and they support a healthy immune system and general wellness. I'm excited to start seeing some results from this supplement.

I put my entire family on this supplement since every germ and virus possible made themselves comfortable in our home one after the other. It's been 2 months now and I am thrilled with how we feel. We'll be continuing with the for now.

I bought the immune defense a month ago as i was having problems and they worked marvelously. The taste and size are wonderful. The immune defense gummies are a most if you have issues with your immune defense system.

I take Zahler Immune Defense as an extra step to keep myself healthy. It has many nutrients that I take separately, in the one pill. I have always taken vee pollen for the benefits to my immune system, but I never liked the taste. Now that it's in these pills, I dont have to worry about that anymore. The capsules are a bit big and hard to swallow, but that's my only con. I'll do anything and everything I can to boost my immune system and these pills are just what I need.

I really tried to take these. You can really taste them when you take them. Obviously I take them with a drink, but they leave a horrible taste in your mouth that I can't seem to get passed. Because of that, I can't make myself take them regularly. I really wanted to like these. I know these are a good brand. Maybe I got a bad bottle. I'm not sure. They are in capsule form, so I'm not sure why I taste them going down. So because I am not taking them on a regular basis, I can't really say if they work.
