Bought these to use for myself and my children. I take 2, and only give them one daily. They are not coated in sugar, but the taste is good and my kids like there are different colors. Taste and texture is similar to a fruit snack. My kids can't swallow vitamins yet and do not like the Flintstones one. They love this brand of gummies. We took them all last winter too to attempt to stay healthy.
