Zahler Multivitamin Brainfood, Memory and Focus Support, 60 Capsules

I have been using these vitamins for a few days and I am impressed! No upset stomach, I feel like I can keep up with these daily. Being in my early 40s, I feel like I need these for focus and more energy. I'm loving the quality so far and the ingredients!

My husband has been using these for a while now and says they truly help him. They're a nice size, easy to swallow and have great vitamins and herbs. He has had zero side effects. He was experiencing nausea on his previous vitamins but does great on these. That's how we can tell they are excellent quality.

The vitamins has quality ingredients. Pills are easy to swallow with no side effects of taste or upset stomach. I'm 38 and take a multivitamin every day. The pill is average size and easy to swallow. I am not a medical professional but I feel I receive many benefits from taking a multivitamin. Especially having vitamin deficiencies.

Multivitamins usually make my Stich upset so I've been having a hard time find one that doesn't. This was so calm on my stomach and gave me a good burst of focus/energy for the day. Will definitely buy again!

Good multivitamin. Quite big pill, recommend avoiding if you don't like bit pills. Packaged well to keep fresh

It has mildly big tab in size but gives no digestive upset or intolerance. It has most vitamins needed in absolute percentage . It is good for other body systems and not only brain

BH 1. No effect noticed after 30 days (1 bottle). 2. Bought because wanted multivitamin with K2. However contains only 120 mcg. Would have preferred 180. Contains only 10% of the daily recommended Choline. Only 3g Lutein and no Zeaxanthin. There is NO calcium. Zinc is not the well absorbed formulation. Minimal Magnesium in poorly absorbable form that does not cross the blood brain barrier. Only 33% of the recommended Iron. To compensate for some of the lacking ingredients, I bought Solgar Iron, Solgar Zinc, Solgar Ca, Solgar D3 and Blue Bonnet Magnesium to provide required supplementation in well absorbable formulations. If the company honored the card accompanying the product, I would be willing to try this for an additional 30 days. I am currently researching other multivitamin options.
