IM 85 ,,I was having promlems with senior moments I started these about 2 weeks agao,,,oh my gosh what a uplift to my life,,,im so alert dont have those crazy times anymore,,,when you think you are loseing it,,,so thank you,,,i love these vitamins,,blessings

The One Multi Vitamin I Can Take
I have tried a number of multi vitamins over the years. This is the only one that I can take without it making me feel irritable. It seems to me something is better balanced or better absorbable.

I was looking for a good supplement for my husband since he is studying AND working. So glad I found this one! Love the ingredients and that it's vegan AND that it has Neurofactor which will help him focus for studying!

BH 1. No effect noticed after 30 days (1 bottle). 2. Bought because wanted multivitamin with K2. However contains only 120 mcg. Would have preferred 180. Contains only 10% of the daily recommended Choline. Only 3g Lutein and no Zeaxanthin. There is NO calcium. Zinc is not the well absorbed formulation. Minimal Magnesium in poorly absorbable form that does not cross the blood brain barrier. Only 33% of the recommended Iron. To compensate for some of the lacking ingredients, I bought Solgar Iron, Solgar Zinc, Solgar Ca, Solgar D3 and Blue Bonnet Magnesium to provide required supplementation in well absorbable formulations. If the company honored the card accompanying the product, I would be willing to try this for an additional 30 days. I am currently researching other multivitamin options.
