Good combinations of mushroom blend at good pricing. Need to put it in a cool place (best is get it refrigerated) though as the colour of the ingredients in the capsule changes after a while in hot humid Singapore.

To be honest, I'm not sure quite yet. I'm pretty sure that I'll need to take it for a few more months to know for sure. Regardless, I've read that mushrooms are good for a variety of issues. The blend in this product is good for boosting ones immune system. I live in Tokyo and Maitake, Shiitake, Chaga and Reishi are common foods that the Japanese eat for their health. Maitake is also well know to reduce LDL cholesterol while not affecting your good cholesterol. Chaga is also well known to boost cognitive function.
