Zahler Myco5Defense, Premium Immune System Support, 60 Capsules

I love this stuff! With all of the current issues going on with illnesses and now especially during the winter time, I wanted to try something to help keep my immune system safe. Aside from that, I am surprised and thrilled that after only one week of taking these, I actually felt really good! Not tired or run down! This will be a part of my every day intake!

I've been using this for about 2 weeks now. I have notice my nails are starting to grow. I feel much better. Physicaly and mentally. Feels like I was walking thru a fog not wanting to do anything to where I feel better so I want to do more. This lockdown has been terrible.

Very happy thus far. I've only had for about 2 weeks now but am really liking it. Hard to say if the impact is working as this is something that you'll need to take for a while. Haven't had any cons to speak of. Goes down easy and no negative affects. Having all the mushroom varieties in one capsule is incredible, especially considering the extra measure to allow better absorption. Will buy again.

I've only just started taking this about a week or so ago but it is wonderful. I caught a cold just as I got these and I honestly feel that it has helped me get over the cold quicker by boosting my immune system. I will be taking this during the cold season and probably beyond.

I got this product amidst all the covid-19 stuff going on. What better time to build my immune system. Since I started taking Myco5Defense regularly, I have felt better and more confident that my immune system is getting that extra protection that I need. Easy to take, great quality and great packaging!

These are standard size capsules, with no taste or after taste and no significant smell, so I found them very easy to swallow. The ingredient list is very minimal: other than the mushrooms, they only hypromellose (the capsule), rice flour, and magnesium stearate, which is commonly used in medication capsules to prevent ingredients from sticking to each other. One of the most important things I look for in a supplement is the country of origin. I strongly prefer supplements that are not imported, as is the case with Zahler products. They are a third-generation family company that manufactures and bottles their products in a state-of-the-art GMP-certified facility in the USA. This organic mushroom blend is meant to help your immune support. Mushroom supplements are relatively new to me and this is only my second experience with such products. Consuming mushrooms in any form is beneficial for your health, but concentrated capsules ensure you are getting the most benefits.

I bought the Myco5Defense about two weeks ago. I don't have such a great immune system, so I figured.. Why not? I've been taking it and am starting to feel a difference. I overall just feel better. Whenever I feel a cold coming on, I take them. It k ocks it right out.

These are super easy to swallow. I take them as directed. I have not experienced any side effects or any discomfort in my stomach. I have been taking these now for over two weeks and I have to admit that I am noticing heightened energy levels. I simply feel Great overall. I also changed my diet for a healthier one. I do attribute lots of my energy levels to this supplement. Worth a try. Thank you

Giving a good review of supplements is difficult because you might not always notice the changes that it makes. I will say that this is a good mix of mushrooms that have a lot of proven health benefits. And I haven't noticed any ill effects after taking them. The pills are a little large, but no bigger than you might get in a prescription form or other multivitamin. Also, the taste is not bad and I haven't noticed any after taste. All in all, I think this is a good supplement for maintaining immune health.

These are pretty easy to take. They don't smell as strong as I was expecting, which is a plus and they aren't that big. I would say they are an average size capsule. I would however, highly suggest taking them alone with something to eat and definitely one morning and evening to avoid making yourself sick. I didn't notice any horrible aftertaste at all. Definitely seem to be a great product.
