The Vitamin D3 and K2 formula is really good and at a great price. With slight deficiency in vitamin D, i will have it for 3 months. It is 5000 iu. After getting my D levels checked i will have to reduce to a daily dose of 1000-2000 iu. Hope there is an option for a daily maintenance dose as well. My legs and knees were hurting and in just a few days i was pain free. Pretty sure this vitamin had something to do with that! My go to brand now for every time i would feel a need for a vitamin D boost.

I'm a longtime vitamin store manager and so I know that it's crucial to select the correct form of vitamin K and in the right dosage. There are usually just a few K products on the shelf, and usually Zahler's is the only one that gets it right. The other good one is manufactured by a company called "NOW." I heard that K2 has to be taken with D3 and so congratulations on that, too. My constructive feedback is that K2 is lipid soluble and so it should be sold as a soft gel that includes fish oil, coconut oil, olive oil, or avocado oil. Some customers are already taking fish oil for their cholesterol, but those who don't probably won't because they don't know what "Lipid Soluble" means, and most of them never read the fine print anyway. Vitamin store managers have to practically hit them over the head with it to get the message through.

Easy to swallow because its a small capsule. Dr. said my Vit D was low so I started taking this and it has gone up. So I will continued to take this.
