Zak Designs 14oz 4pc Hello Kitty Ceramic Stacking Mugs in Wire Rack

I'm a hello kitty fanatic. Had to have this, first time I bought it she arrived broken though. I took a chance and ordered online instead of BOPIS and it arrived perfectly intact! Yay! So cute and nicely sized mugs, I'll be putting these adorable things away until I have my own kitchen to put them on display.

I did the one day shipping. One of the cups arrived broken and they did not come in a box.

Here's my honest feed back. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY CERAMIC, GLASS, PORCELAIN etc anything that can break during the delivery. Walmart advertise these hello kitty mugs set with free delivery on the same day. It was my friend's birthday and I bought it for her. She opened the Walmart package and to find one of the cup has a chip to it. I decided to use their return service at fed ex, and fed ex charged me an arm and leg, almost the same price as the mugs. I'm VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN WALMART. I believe this is their tactic to lure people in buy something that they WILL SEND BROKEN and you'll end up using more money to pay for the return service . Fed ex told me that Walmart pays 100% for the shipping but I have to pay for the packaging box. I have a video to proof that when my friend open the package, the mug has a chip to it. They packed poorly and NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I BUY ANYTHING FRAGILE FROM THEM, they only make money off you and help their partner with FED EX. Please take my word for it, or try it for yourself and see the result. And there's not an option to go to Walmart to return it on the online ordering, not that they informed me of the 2 ways to return it, through FedEx or I'll have to pack and return through the post office myself. Either way, I HAVE to pay for the service. I record my friend opening the Walmart package just so I have proof that they delivered a broken item.

I ordered twice and both came damaged and had cracks on them. I really liked the item but the people in charge of packing this items does not really know what they are doing and do not care if the items get damaged. They just placed them in a bag with little amount of papers in it for cushion, did not even packaged them in a box with bubble wrap or something to protect those fragile items. That's why I had to order them again after the first one came damaged but it might be the same careless person packing these items and just don't care. So inconvenient for me to have to go to the store to return them!
