Zak Designs 14oz 4pc Wicked Ceramic Stacking Mugs in Wire Rack

I ordered as an early birthday present for my soon-to-be 26 year old son. We were delightfully impressed. Not only is the quality of the mugs and holder pretty decent, the images are very nice as well. Overall I would definitely recommend

Quality is not bad just didn't like that my first one broke had to get a second one cause I don't know if it's a delivery driver or who but it broke. A little too much on the price.

Beautiful mug set,however,even stacked and wrapped,bottom cup was shattered and shards of ceramic were in all other cups

Im not sure if it's the quality of the mugs or the shipping, but I've ordered 2 of these and both have arrived damaged. Photos are from 2 separate orders.

Broken, items were not secured in the delivery box. Mugs were cracked. Look at my 3 pictures. Notice the box, there is a gap that should have been cushioned causing the mugs to roll around and crack. Like previous reviews posted, was not cushioned in the box . Do not recommend you order this set . Poor packing by Walmart employees. 12.4.25

I ordered these mugs from Walmart and I received them packed in the box with adequate wrapping, but because the cups are stacked on each other with only a thin piece of plastic between them, one of them was completely shattered, and some of the others are chipped. They need to come up with a better way to ship these mugs because they are beautiful.. Each one should be individually wrapped to protect it from shattering.

Mugs are beautiful. But two of them came completely shattered. They were barely wrapped and did not survive shipping. I'm so sad.

They. Arrived. Shattered. No padding or protection was put in the box when they were shipped to me.

This item arrived to me broken to pieces. It is only available for online ordering. I ordered a replacement and they also came cracked. There is no option to have it replaced again.

I have ordered this twice and each time it has come shattered. I don't know if it is being shipped from Walmart or Zac, but whoever is packing it for shipping needs re-trained. I wanted to get this for a gift for someone, but I guess not. Not happy!
