the size of this and its style is just what i need. the change of vmcolor on the cup if it's cold or hot is a nifty idea. it would also make a great gift.

This mug is so cool!! As soon as your pour hot liquid in the cup, New characters appear! My favorite is the dog zero! I use this mug all year long! I've always loved Nightmare before Christmas!

Cup was beautiful. It performed very well when we added the hot coffee into it. All of the print showed up immediately. This Mug feels sturdy and strong. The size if very nice, it is confortable to hold and easy to clean.

Got as a gift for a teacher that loves Harry Potter and don't regret it at all! It seemed so sturdy and great for any Potter fan. The teacher loved it!

This coffee mug works like magic once a hot beverage is poured into it. Great for Harry Potter fans. Wash with a cloth towel or sponge to keep the finish in perfect condition.

It is NOT microwave or dishwasher safe . Box reads Hand wash gently. Do not soak. How many of us assume these with today's products? Now I get to play mug police so nobody ruins it. I'm thinking the color change decal is affected Wish I had known that. I would probably return if I hadn't destroyed the packaging to remove the mug. Nice size and the design is cute.

The cups are exactly what I wanted to give my daughter for her birthday. This would have been a 5 star review except for the constant calls to Customer service necessary to get replacements due to broken items being delivered multiple times. If I didn't like Walmart on-line ordering as much as I do, I wouldn't want to order anything again via this website. It was absolute torture dealing with trying to communicate and get past the AI controlled phone tree and then the lack of follow-through for getting this order delivered in one piece. Once you could actually talk to a human, the Customer service reps were nice, although several were very hard to understand. It wasn't their fault the deliveries were done in a paper bag and arrived broken 3 different times. Hence - 3 stars instead of five.

The description online stated to be microwave/dishwasher safe but when I received it I checked under the box clearly stating it is not for microwave/dishwash use. Fortunately, I tend to drink cold mostly and clean manually but I am nonetheless disappointed for the deceiving descriptions. Also, it looks like the design is wrapped around plastic like so it might not last in the long term. Overall, I would keep searching for a more robust mug. Would not recommend.

The packing and delivery broke the handle off and I was unable to use it. Could not repair due to break went all the way through the cup and caused a hole

The mug was just placed in the box with other item, the mug packaging does not protect mug. The mug arrived broken with all pieces in the shipping box.
