My wife had a severely broken ankle a few years ago which necessitated pins and plates to repair. We've been looking for method of gentle exercise to help her keep the ankle limbet. This has far exceeded our hopes! It's quiet and the large number of settings lets her tailor the exerciser to suit her each day. It is an excellent therapeutic device at a very reasonable price. It's helping her to strengthen both legs. An excellent item!

Great for circulation for this older woman who sits too much. Quiet so you can hear TV and it doesn't disrupt other people. Very easy to learn to use. Highly recommend.

Great . just what the doctor ordered because I have to exercise but don't yet have enough strength to peddle a stationary bike.

Works as described
My mother 80yr young mom is able to use it effortlessly while sitting at table talking on phone. It's not heavy easy to carry and put away after use.

No directions
It's not quite. The directions don't tell you how to make it go backwards. I have to stop, then press directions / It also doesn't tell you were to put the oil.
