There ok.. My opinion old fashioned Alka seltzer is 100% better an works great. You have heartburn an cast get today of it with this. Try Alka seltzer just add to water drink an it works an has aspirin or opens with no aspirin. But great for alot

When they took away the other Zantac I was really concerned because it was the only thing that worked for breakthrough heart burn. I am now using the new Zantac for as needed and it works decent.
