I use these instead of drinking caffeine. I take one every morning and it helps me through my workout and work day. I have had a lifestyle change, and have lost about 50 pounds since starting these. Zantrex blue does work as described, i work out three times a week and eat a relatively healthy but not restrictive diet. I take 2 pills before breakfast and 2 more before dinner. I recommend eating dinnee by 5pm so you don't stay awake from the pills energy boast. These pills help increase and quicken my weight loss. If you body adjust to them after months of use, stop using them for a while then start again, it helps the body benefit from the again, also you can eat high calories every day or sit and be inactive overwise they will help little to none. Side effects I've had have been difficulty sleeping if taken to late in the evening and occasionally flushing of the skin within 45 mins of taking which passes within 15-20 mins if it happens at all. I am planning to start Zantrex red bottle on the days i work out to help more fat lose and toning of the body and the blue bottle on the other days to maintain weight lose till i reach my goal taking a total of 4 pills a day. I'm very disappointed with my order. I have been so busy and just now opening my package. It was false advertisement and they didn't even give me the amount of pills that they sent was on the box.. want a refund

made me nauseous, light headed, and felt shaky like i needed to eat (low blood sugar feeling) and gave me headaches. had absolutely NO positive effects.

Misleading description. It is $42.25 with tax for only 1 bottle of 84!!
