Very effective
Definitely gives me a boost of energy and clarity of mind. I found that at first it curbed my appetite, but not so much the longer I use it. However, I only use half of a package in eight ounces of water and the second half in afternoon. Otherwise, I get too shaky from the caffeine in it.

Worth using.
Love this for their energy. I have 1 drink after breakfast and it gives me a lot of energy all day. Tastes is not bad like most energy drinks. I have not used them for weigh loss.

I like this product. It works in slows down my appetite. Speeds up my metabolism, but I've noticed my hair is also getting thicker with all the collagen in it. It's good for our skins as well. So I highly recommend the product. I think it's great, and I've had it now twice. And we'll order it again

Taste great no jitters
I’ve been using skinny stix for several months the seem to working great I have lost 12 lbs basically never changed my diet and they taste really good after you get used to them best of all no jitters
