UGL Zar 82213 Deck and Siding Solid Color Coating, Oxford Brown, 1 Gallon — Residential Use, Standard Application

Every year we were coating our deck with semi-transparent deck and siding stain. It was getting worse and worse. It was recommended that we move to a solid stain for a more updated look and with more uniformity. We used ZAR Solid Color Deck and Siding Coating and it looks great. We couldn't be happier.

Used the solid stain on some 15 year old log siding. Even though it was an easy water based clean up it had to adhere to an oil based stain without bubbling up and it was awesome. Covered all of the old imperfections and helped to fill in some of the weathered cracks. I don't think I'll ever use anything else from now on.

In business for 18 years never have I seen a better product. We have a house on the ocean on a maintenance contract. We applied this product to the decks there which always give us a problem due to the amount of moisture and salt in the air at all times and when we came back this year I could not believe my eyes it was 100% perfect and that has never happened with the 6 other high end products we've use. We also use this to go over bleaching oil and weathering stain and I'm estimating that it is good for about 10-12 years. Strange thing about this stain for the first 2-3 years the product is on your house if you lightly sprinkle water on it then it will bead of like a rainx coating. That's like having coverage on top of coverage. I've used all the best products on the market and after using this we've made an order for 200 gallons and 400 gallons. We've put up over 300 gallons so far. No call backs! We use this on the hardest to fix problems and it works perfect everytime. Thanks for making such a great product. Ps. Please bring back the hybrid stain with the Alkyds in it.
