I bought this in hopes it would take away my one year olds twins cough and I will say it some what did the job. I would recommend only for the simple fact that it does give a honey like consistency which helps with minimal cough but I wouldn't say it will completely take it away. It is something good to have in your pantry year round for some relief instead of the straight honey method.

At times it seemed to work and times it didn't. With twin grandbabies they were both sick and this product did help, the nighttime seemed to help more then the daytime. Overall I would purchase again.

Maybe my child is differing or has a higher tolerance of medication but this calmed them more than it helped with the symptoms. I'm sure it's a great product. Just didn't do what was expected for my child.
