I purchased this medicine for my child. It looked sealed; however, when we opened it, there was a dirty used syringe in box along with a sticky, opened bottle of medicine. This was the most disgusting experience for me as a parent... Inspect your bottles and packaging carefully before purchasing. I will be speaking to management later about this with my photographs.
