Knocks my grandson out within 20 minutes of taking it. I try to keep my grandson on a strict schedule and I want him in the bed at a decent hour to ensure he gets plenty of sleep. He's a growing boy and getting a good nights sleep is crucial. Most nights I don't have to use this, but nights he seems too hyper and may not go to sleep at a decent hour I give him this. He loves the taste. So it's never an issue giving it to him. Then I love the added benefit of the immune system support. It makes me think I'm giving my grandson a healthy start in life.

Walmart is honestly the only place I've consistently been able to find the Sleep Immune version of these gummies. I've seen them on Amazon too, but usually without Prime shipping. We don't use these often, only when needed, but they seem to work really well. My kids sleep a healthy amount without seeming overly groggy the next day. It feels like one of the more natural and gentle ways to help with sleep when needed.

wanted to try aomething to help my kids with thier night routine and it works. Great thing is that after a couple of days kids didn't need it to sleep. I do take them on trips since that kind meas up thier aleeping schedule but other than that they dont need it.
