Three of the big pieces seems like a bit much for it's recommended serving size as well. Why not lessen the sugar and condense the ingredients so you don't need to chew so much horrible tasting pieces at once.

There is also a small amount of elderberry extract and vitamins, along with a fine print statement that the "immune support" claim has no proof that it actually works.
