after installation one of the light arms is faulty. since i paid to have it installed, l couldn't afford to have it taken down. returned and then reinstalled. it is a beautiful appliance

This is probably the best ceiling fan I've ever bought. I installed it, put it on high and couldn't even tell it was running, except for the steady breeze. No noise at all. The handy remote easily controls both the fan and the built in lights and is the perfect fan for a low ceiling bedroom. Well worth the money and I highly recommend this model.

Love the look. Disappointed that the blades are plastic. Hope they will not melt. We shall see...

Fan is very stylish . It's quiet and appears to be of good quality. It hugs the ceiling so is ideal for smaller rooms with 8 foot clearance. However, I should have paid more attention to the description as it's appropriate for rooms smaller than 850 square feet. It's not very effective in my 12 x 12 with 10 ft ceiling craft room. I like the look so much I'm keeping it anyway

It is difficult to put up by yourself for a woman and hold it up, but I love the low pryin my kitchen. Also was missing ceiling screws so have some on hand just in case!

Small fan works great for price and quality is good.

not all of screws and caps needed were provided some screws were incorrect size took two professional s near two hours to work on and try to locate else where additionally needed parts

Once we got the instructions we found out it does not support the dimmer feature. It does not pair with the app. We tried everything.
