Love this Alfredo. Just the right amount of spice, a little bit spicy, peppery heat. It’s standard freezer fare for me now, a go to quick meal for one. Microwaves beautifully, stays creamy and the pasta doesn’t get dried out. Generous amount of diced blackened chicken.

Perfect for dorm life — heats up fast, tastes great, and doesn’t make a mess. Fits easily in those little dorm microwaves and cooks up just right every time. Great for quick meals between classes or late-night study snacks. College-approved comfort food!

surprised how much i liked this. much better tasting and textured frozen pasta dish than most in the frozen aisle. more expensive though. definitely will be a routine purchase.

I know in photos this looks like a small amount of food, and let's be fair, it isn't a ton, but what surprised me is how it has some actual weight to that little tray, there is more than enough to fill one person up. The taste of the food was perfect (I cooked it in the oven). This is a really great choice, would order again!

Easy to prepare. Heats evenly. Usually I have to modify the cooking...but not with these. I'd highly recommend bread sticks with the pasta!!! Lots of yummy Alfredo sauce left over! Enjoy! I take pride in my reviews. I'm a nobody, but I give my unbiased, honest opinions. Thank you for reading!

The Blackened Chicken Alfredo by Zatarain's is a tasty Cajun inspired entree that my spouse and I enjoy occasionally. It makes for a fast and easy meal we pair with a salad. If you are a hardcore authentic Cajun fan… -this is not your entree, as you may consider it lacking spice. For me, it's just the right amount to be enjoyable as Cajun and not classic Alfredo. It's pretty creamy, cheesy, and nicely salty. It has a good amount of chicken, and a Cajun kick. I will continue to purchase this Item.

This frozen meal has been my go-to since I've been going through some medical stuff for the last year or more. I have tried many, many different frozen meals. And this is the best frozen meal that I have found. seriously the best, because I've been eating it for a year and I'm not sick of it. This blackened chicken and fettuccine noodles is something that I put in my freezer, and if I cannot cook that evening or for lunch, I can eat it. I can eat it over and over, because it is so delicious. And I have been eating it this the whole time. who can say that they have enjoyed one type of frozen meal, for over a year, and loved it just as much a year later? I'm thinking not many people.

If you like Alfredo, you will love this! It is very rich and creamy. The taste is amazing, however the chicken is spicy! I know a lot of people love spice, but I am kind of a wimp. I noticed that the sauce stays pretty much just creamy though, and the majority of the spice is on the chicken. So I just eat some of the chicken (I can never eat it all anyway).

Zatarain's Blackened Chicken Alfredo Frozen Dinner - FABULOUS FLAVOR! Fast prep time, delicious and satisfies the appetite. Not over filling or "heavy". And to complete or compliment the meal, serve with a side salad %26 slice of garlic toast. "PREMO"!!. Zatarain's other flavors are very tasty too! Zatarain's give them a try if you like restaurant quality flavor, great price and easy preparation.

I eated this and it was super yummy. The noodles were all swirly and the sauce was creamy like a cloud that learned how to cook. The chicken had little spicy powers but not enough to make me call the fire department. I liked that I could put it in the microwave and then, boom, dinner happened. I was gonna share some with my dinosaur, but then I remembered I don't have a dinosaur. So I ate it all myself. The bowl got empty very fast, which is how you know the food is doing a good job. If you like noodles and chicken and being happy for a little while, you should get this. I would buy it again unless I get distracted by a toy aisle first. Five stars because I can't give it six.
