Zatarain's Concentrated Shrimp & Crab Boil, 4.0 fl oz Bottle

I bought this thinking it would add all that seafood boil flavor to my seafood boils or crab legs, I was wrong! It is just really spicy liquid HAHA. It is not bad at all, but I thought it would be different. I still add it into my seafood, but it really only adds spice. You only need a little bit, it goes long way. The small bottle lasts a long time.

I must say this crab boil is absolutely amazing. Not too spicy and it has the right amount of space to it that gives such a wonderful flavor when you eat your crabs. I don't think I'll use anything other than this anytime I make my steam crabs anymore. I am looking forward to using this for different recipes.

I definitely recommend this to anyone making a seafood boil. The first time I made a seafood boil. I didn't use this, and I was very disappointed with the outcome of the flavor and I was hesitant to use this product because I thought it would be too spicy but this time around, I am pleasantly surprised with the flavor profile and my family, and I enjoyed it very much. I like using the liquid rather than the dry as it's much easier to over season with the dry. The flavor is great, makes great Southern Seafood Boils and some other recipes adds that special bit of flavor.

I really like the flavor of this concentrated flavoring. It has the zest and spice that is so loved in the powdered version, but it is not as messy. A little goes a long way! I've also found that it can be used to flavor other things such as homemade pickles and deviled eggs.
