Great quality. Helps brighten the room. Made the mistake of ordering the exact width of my window thinking the size of blind took into consideration the brackets to install. It does not. Had to return and get 1 " shorter. Return was easy.

These blinds have a very clean look. A re vrry easy to open and close. They're easy to install. Block all the light ehen closed and filter it when ppen. Over all, a nice product.

This is the cheapest zebra blind that I could find. I will be buying more. Feels like really good quality. It has a small dent on the top decorative piece. It doesn’t effect function. It doesn’t bother me. I’m extremely happy with this purchase.

Don’t trust the sizes it’s not as they seem one of the blinds gets stuck I tried setting the tension still no luck.

I bought this set of blinds a few months back. I didn’t use them very much, but when I started rolling them up and down, I realized that one of the parts was missing on the left side of the blind to keep the blind in place. I called customer service And they made me pay for a new replacement part because it was a few months back when I purchased them. When the part came in it didn’t fit and so I emailed customer service again and they told me because the part was updated they no longer had the exact part. I ordered a few blinds from them and I will tell you I will not order any more. The customer service is terrible and now I have a set the blinds that I can’t roll up and down because I don’t have the correct part for it.

This product seemed to be very cost efficient and effective at first. But one week later, I noticed that the edges are simply tearing apart every time you open or close the blind. Very disappointed since I have purchased and installed all blinds in my house from this product.

The Biltek zebra blind was damaged during shipment. Plastic end for roller mechanism was broke. The shade will not retract. Item was shipped via Canada. Shipping took an extended period of time.
