Great Pencil for older kids
This is a great pencil for my middle school kid. The lead is tough enough to handle his writing style.

Best mechanical pencil ive ever owned!
What I liked most about this pencil was that the lead does not break because of the spring in the pencil. Also, the only thing I dislike about this pencil is that it is not .7 lead fill and is .5 lead fill. But that concludes everything about my experience with this pencil everything is perfect except for the .7 lead type!!!! Sincerely, Lisa

If you need a pencil, seek this one out
I use the pencil to take notes and do exercises from textbooks. The pencil is much more solidly built than the average 0.5 mm mechanical pencil. The "DelGuard" lead writes a bit more smoothly than the competition and I've never had it break. This purchase wasn't to replace a pencil but to be able to give one to my wife.

Very good mechanical pencil
This pencil is very comfortable and writs easily. I really think if you are looking for a nice pencil this is for you. I use mine everyday since I have got it.

Almost perfect.
I really appreciate the zebra brand overall. This particular model is one of my favorites because I am usually very hard on the lid of my mechanical pencils. The Dell guard motto i really appreciate the zebra brand overall. This particular model is one of my favorites because I am usually very hard on the lid of my mechanical pencils. The Dell guard model solves this problem for me. Overall the only critique I would offer is the tiny eraser. I don't bother buying replacements because I find it easier to use a separate eraser as they last longer and don't tend to smudge like the small eraser it comes with.
