Just the right size.
Smaller than I anticipated but they ended up being the perfect size for the viral floating witch hat decorations.

Good for decorations not good for adult heads
They don't fit adult heads, it's for kids and the quality is not the best but they make good decorations to hang them on the ceiling and they're super cheap so you get what you pay for.

Not what it mentions in title
Item mentioned it comes with rope. It does not come with rope. It comes with tiny fishing string. And there is no loop or place to run the thread through on the hat unless I find a needle and try and thread it through myself. Also would be nice if it came with some form of tack to put it into the walls or ceiling. Just feels like it is a little cheaper than I expected.
