Delivery was fast, thank you! Setting up was easy. One of the screws did not fit since it did not align correctly. It may have been due to handling for delivery, because it is heavy, I don't blame the driver. We used a thinner screw to substitute the original one. It works as described, my son and I have had it since a week only. So far it has worked great. I haven't used all the features and programs yet, but the ones we have used work right. It is obviously not as sturdy as a commercial treadmill but it is not flimsy either, it has just the right construction to work safe and effectively. It makes it easy to wake up and workout every day. We have placed it in the living room, where we use our space often. It has a sleek appearance and in the event we should need to clear the room for a special event, it can be completely folded and rolled away. My son likes to show it off and it is practical where we have it, so it is not an eye sore. We are happy with this investment, the length for treading is enough and spacious for us for a safe jog, run or walk, versus other similar treadmills in the market. With time we will see the true capacity and construction of the product. We widely recommend it.

I was so skeptical about buying a threadmill because I wanted to make sure I picked the right one. After almost 8 weeks of shopping I came across this threadmill. It was delivered to my front door in a timely manner and was very easy to set up. It is heavy so make sure you have help. I can honestly say I love it! It was the best investement ever! I use almost every day. Its runs very smooth and is not too noisy. I rated this a 4 star because the only thing that it was missing was a cup holder and it does not incline. If it would have had one, this would have been a 5 star rating. I highly recommend buying a protective plan because although its not too pricey, $500 is still a lot. Last but not least, its big enough for me and stylish enough to show off! I love it!

It's very nice and compact Blue led light at base make it more decent

If you are tall...do not order!! I am 5'8 and this is way too short. Also wish it stated that it does NOT fold easily. You have to completely remove 4 screws for it to fold. If I would have known that I would have definitely not ordered this treadmill.
