Gret value full featured dvd/cd drive.
The Zen U9M is a great value dvd/cd external drive. Its very well built and has all the connection cables included. Fast reading / writing operations reaching the stated speeds. Works with Windows, Mac and Linux.

Shiny and chic
I did have a little trouble getting it work with my (oldish) ASUS laptop, but once they agreed to talk to each other, it was fine. It also needed alittle coaxing to get it to read the enclosed software CD — but it wouldn't matter much anyway because all the software is available in the cloud. I haven't yet tested all it's features but, so far, it does what it says on the tin. Otherwise, It is sleek, slim and lightweight. Perfect accessory for those who want to look smart and professional. Perfect accessory for those who care about the volume and weight of their cabin baggage as well. I bought a [third party] cover for it too but it would be nice if there was an option for it to ship with one.
