The pad is a little small, you have to tuck your arms in on the pad. Other than that it feels sturdy.

dont buy if your not a preteen
the pad that your elbows rest on while curling is to small its not wide enough my elbows slip off not worth it.

almost got hurt
very unstable. i sat on the seat and I feel on my butt with the bench flipped over on top of me. just bumps and bruises, Thank God
