loved the swing but would like to see a little higher poles.

I made this purchase as a Christmas gift for my 4 year old granddaughter. It was purchased only a week before Christmas but shipping was promised to arrive in time. Walmart sent a tracking number and the package arrived in record time, much earlier than we anticipated. When the box was opened, we found the swing but no frame and immediately panicked. I sent an email off to the company and quickly received a reply stating there are 2 packages shipped when you order this combo and sure enough the frame arrived the next day. Bottom line, it was a HUGE hit! She loves it, quality looks great and we will put the frame in concrete when the weather allows. I see other reviews stating the swing arrived without the frame and I'm guessing the reviews were written before the 2nd box arrived. Walmart/seller should provide 2 tracking numbers.

Our grandkids love this better than our regular swing set. We have 5 children under 12, it's a great thing that we got two swings. More than one can ride at a time.

I am enjoying my swing so very much. It feels like a hammock but allows me to continuously swing back and forth like a childs swing. My grandchildren love it too. I am very pleased!

The swing itself is great. Holds 3 kids (2,11,13) well. The instructions are useless. Putting the circular net swing part was a mission. None of the tutorials online helped. In the end it was a feat of strength. We lined the tubes up and put something under it to use as leverage. But then the holes for the bolts didn't line up. It took about 3 hours to force it into position and use a ling screw driver to leverage/pull it into place enough to get the bolts in.

It does not hold to the weight stated it does Swing is good. The frame is made poorly. Should use stronger material. Bolts came out of the sides after 3 uses. And the stabalizer post broke at the bolt site and causes the structure to lift right up. Extra material will need to be purchased to provide a more stable frame.

Very cheaply made. Even small children swimming on it makes a creaking sound. You can't swing high or it comes up out of the ground. Very unsafe. We have had it for a month now and the swing rope on the round part is already coming undone.

Heads up to all the single mothers. The instructions said you need a man to put together the swing.Mmmmmm ok . Well Mr. Zen outside play set my men needed my help.!! How about that mr zen outdoors play set.. beside that our kids love it.!!

I recived the swing but not the frame my 2 and 5 year old kids are very upset that they cant swing on it..... this is threw a third party so walmart couldnt help me find out where the frame is... hopfully the frame will come

The spider swing was next to impossible to put together with no instructions. The swing itself seems solid. The frame is junk. It will hold the swing only, not sturdy enough for children. It is an accident waiting to happen. So now we have to purchase an additional frame.
