I have been having problems with my toe cramping so when I saw these I thought I would give them a try and boy do they hold on to your feet tight. So tight I had to take it off because it was making my cramp worse. So this is not what my problem needed but these are very useful bandages for their use and a very good stretchy quality bandage and it will hold your toe straight and protect it from rubbing in your shoe or that type of thing. You can also use it for other areas also just cut it to size the injuries are endless you can use these for. I would recommend these to anyone who needs to correct the alignment of their toe or for an abrasion or blister on the ball of the foot or the Arch because of the quality. It comes with instruction and uses insert along with 10- 7 1/2 inch long T Bandages. They are cloth and stretchy with super strong holding quality.

I was walking around the house in my bear feet when some one rang the door bell, I was in a hurry and as I walked past the big recliner I hit my toe on the metal leg of the chair. As you can guess it hurt like heck, by using one of the toe splints it held the toe and cut down on the pain.

The adhesive on these is excellent and strong. They are very secure once on and definitely stay in place These hold your YOUR injured toe in place and really helps it heal faster. I recommend tese very highly.

I'd never heard of 'turf toe' before, but I did something to my left foot/big toe, and couldn't walk without pain. I got these, and checked with my doctor, he said they would be at least worth a try, rather than not walking or wrapping my whole foot so that I couldn't wear shoes, and they really did help. They are peel-off strips of material that are T-shaped, you wrap the end around your toe, then run the rest along the side of your foot for as far as you think you need, and they stayed surprisingly well. I used them for several days, until my toe stopped hurting so much, and it is much improved now. I was really impressed by the way they stay put, and how much just wrapping my toe to immobilize it did fix the problem. I'll definitely use them again if needed, and recommend them to anyone who seems to have the same problem.

I was hoping this would restrict movement in my big toes as any bending of them results in severe pain from Gout and it does serve that purpose. You might want to remove any hair on the toe before hand so that removing/replacing it will be easier. Just the part that wraps around the toes seems to be what I need so I'll try cutting it down on the next application.

These stabilized my toe with arthritis pretty well, but they didn't stick for as long as I would have liked. Perhaps my foot was just a little sweaty. They are pretty sticky, but the shape of them didn't seem to conform to the curve of the arch in my foot. Maybe it would work better for someone with a flatter foot. It held my toe firmly for an hour or so, but then the adhesive just wouldn't stay in place. I loved the idea of these, but they just didn't work all day for me.
