Really nice!
Well built and very nice for the price. Goes up and down smoothly and as expected. The only note I'd have is that the measurements in the photos, at least for the mounting holes, is wrong. The total width is actually more like 88" from hole to hole.

Get this not the folding fabric one
Great product. Works well! Even helps to darken the room if it's in front of windows. Do not get the fabric folding ones they do not look as nice.

very nice
Strong and sturdy, really good for a home theater projector. Mine is on my wall but you can hang from the ceiling but buy heavy duty mounts for that.

Zeny 120" screen!
Bought the Zeny 120" pull down screen for my son-in-law to use with his new Christmas projector. He mounted the screen in his man cave and couldn't be happier! He said the quality is great and the functionality is perfect! I will be buying the same screen for a movie room in my own house.

perfect for me
Good construction and value for the money. It covers and helps prevent light from an 86" window that currently still lets light through a blk out curtain. The only downside was that it had a strong smell after unboxing that either lasted for a month or I got used to it.

low quality product the screen is slightly crooked inside its housing. The housing did have a slight dent. You really do get what you pay for it serves its purpose nothing more
