They give you a small screw driver which is great, but it is also nice to have a pair of pliers to hold the nuts while you tighten. Fairly common sense to put together, although my first attempt did end up with the sides on upside down - once I figured that out it was very easy. Love the black finish. Nice that not only the bottom tray with newspaper, but also the wire bottom of the cage come out for cleaning. Large door is great. Our little bird isn't too happy right now even though we are easing him into it a little each day. He will hopefully come to love it as much as we do. It is so nice to wheel it around to clean underneath, take him outside on a nice day, or move him to another room if needed. Great product.

I don't like to crowd my birds, so 2 Parakeets or 1 Conure or Cockatiel is what I suggest for this cage. It is easy to assemble and the design is nice. The only thing I don't like with not only this cage, but others, is that the wire coating is textured. It looks very nice, but unfortunately, larger birds tend to pick at it. I get concerned about possible ingestion of the particles and after a few months, the wires are exposed and rust.

Better than I was expecting but 1 part wasn't quite right. It was missing 2 welded parts on one of the grates on the front that keeps the top on the bottom section. It was an easy fix w 2 zip ties. Otherwise the metal exceeded my expectations. The directions are pretty bad, the pictures do make it easier, but still Doesn't even mention the little welded parts I'm referring to so had to figure that out… I'd still 100% buy this again with no doubt though… if the welded hook things were all on there I'd have given it 5 stars.. the only improvement I'd make in the actual design is the tray is a thin plastic and my other cage I have is metal…but this was a cheaper cage as well… it's the one on the left in my pictures…

I bought this cage before for my other bird . Loved it. Its a good sturdy cage so I ordered another one for my bird I just got. Fast shipping but Can't put it together because it came with no instructions. It has different size screws so you don't know where they go. So I emailed the company they sent me instructions that Dont help me because they don't label anything so I still don't know where the different size screws go. Very disappointed. Like I said I already have this cage and was very satisfied thats why I bought another one.

After couple of days one of the door hinge brook and door was hanging. I have sent them email with pictures and they keep saying that they wanted me to circle where the welding came off. I told them I dont want return just send me the front part of the cage with door I will be fine. But nothing happened and I just fixed it with zip tie to make it stay. Its my lost this time but they lost many customers because I have bunch of folks ask me about the my cage and I told dont buy poor workmanship.
