nice construction easy to assemble

This is a great cage and looks great. Had a little trouble fitting cage into bottom but it finally went in. My rat loves it and even uses the huge wood perches to run around on. She can't escape. I did use metal clips to secure roof just in case but it has a latch. But I'm able to open it up and let her climb around. Love how the water and food bowls were included and she can't remove or eat through them. Very happy with the purchase and price. It was way cheaper than getting a small animal cage on wheels.

Great quality and craftsmanship. I'm not great putting things together, so it took me about 2 hours, which for me is good. The directions were pretty easy to follow but I did choose to not follow the sequence exactly in a few areas because I felt it worked out better for me. I did use a few zip ties here and there which were mainly at the top. I love the large swing gate and that it has a metal spring on it. My arms are short, but I can get to everything. So that is saying a lot. My only suggestion would be to make the spacing of the bars just a tad bit smaller. If I could give a 4.8 in rating this bird cage I would because of this. I had to be clever in placing one of the toys and the fake wood perch branch but it was workable and is completely safe. There is no threat to my cockatiel, so that is the main thing I care about. I love the cage and my pet cockatiel does, too!!!! Great item!!!

Easy to assemble One caster is defective, so not using any. My cockatiel loves her new cage.

My Cynical Parrot loves her new mansion! The only down side was when I received it, the box look retaped and had several holes. The bag containing the hardware was open with parts loosely rolling around the box. Thankfully, there was no missing parts. The instructions were printed out very dark, so it was difficult to see. Could have been bad, but overall I'm happy with the finished product.

I thought it was of better quality, a part came bent, I straightened it, but even so I think that it is not how safe I expected more
