Zep Commercial Mold Stain and Mildew Stain Remover 1 gal

We picked up a bottle of Mold Stain & Mildew Stain Remover to try out on a shower area during a recent move out clean we were on. Product performed as claimed and worked quickly yet effectively which helped keep the job on track. We wore appropriate PPE as recommended - gloves, safety glasses/goggles and also a "light" vapor/dust mask due to the tight area of work and lower venting options available. Pretty straight forward, we just followed the application guidelines and ended up with great results!

I had literally tried EVERYTHING. Nothing worked on my kitchen sink. I spent a ton of money buying every bleach product. Gallons of vinegar and salt and lemon juice. CLR. Ajax. Comet. 409. I even bought products for toilets. But this kitchen sink was not having any of it. I moved into an apartment and inherited this nightmare. Years of neglect and obviously gross people living here. Management would not put in a new sink. Then my neighbor told me about Zep. It took a few treatments, a pumice stone for scratch marks on the porcelain, but it worked. I am now a fan for life. I will warn, the bottles seem cheaply made. They leak everywhere. Make sure to store upright and away from anything you don't want ruined. Also, make sure you have a window open and/or a fan going. The fumes are super harsh and they hurt my throat. But it was worth it. The before and after pictures speak volumes.

I tried everything from baking soda and vinegar to bleach, nothing made a dent. Went to the store to get tilex, bought this because it was half the price. Could not believe the immediate change! It's very acrid, take precautions breathing fumes, but it was worth it to go from disgusting to white in 5 minutes.

Regular bleach just wouldn't work on my mold infested shower tile. Used this product will little to no elbow grease and WALLAH! No mold for the past 6 months since using the product. A-W-E-S-O-M-E!

Best cleaner on the market. I use this to clean my entire bathroom. I love it.

The fumes are very strong. Its leaves a dull cloudy film afterwards even after i rinse the tile off a few times. It too a long time to rome the grime off the tile and still it didnt do such a great job. I think am sticking to my ajex it does a better job then this product did.
