Excellent Product that I've Used for Many Years
We've used this for years. It is an excellent product for cleaning tile and stone without damaging the luster and finish or sealant. Walmart also does a great job in making it simple to order, promptly delivers and offers a good price.

zep commercial neutral floor cleaner concentrate
This product works very well. I would recommend to everyone. Cleaned the floor pretty quickly without scrubbing. Left a nice scent behind.

Cleans LVP the best
We have LVP flooring. It darkened. The only thing that cleaned it up was Zep ph cleaner. Takes a while but its worth the time. .

ZEP is the real deal
This is the real deal! I was tired of less effective and more expensive cleaners. We clean after our pets every day, and the perfume from some of evernthe most expensive cleaners gets really overwhelming. This product cleans very well, has an inoffensive odor, and when diluted with water as per the instructions, will last us a year! ZEP is the real deal.

Thieves
My order mysteriously disappeared. The vendor failed to contact me. Finally, the only thing I could get was a refund and reorder. What a surprise in the course of 4 days, the price went up $6.00. Thieves just wanted the higher price on items that had not been shipped.

They only sent 1 when it states case of 2. There was a bunch of back and forth emails to prove that. They're CS is awfully and inept to provide service. They also sent with a broken lid because they do not know how to package the items. Do not buy from CPO outlets!!!!
