This purchase was a great decision. Not only am I saving by not purchasing water bottles, but the taste is clean and refreshing. I am completely happy with this pitcher and would recommend to anyone. Very easy to use and the filtration is excellent. I am someone who dislikes the taste of water and I love the taste of this water. The meter and tester are easy to use. The spout is perfect for fridge or counter use.
For the last 2 years, I have used the 10 cup pitcher. It was fine, but it seems it was always empty. So when the handle started to crack, I decided to switch to this 20-cup dispenser. I haven't had it long, but so far I'm very pleased. It is a perfect fit in my fridge and I feel like I'm drinking more water since there is more filtered and chilled.
Easy to use holds a good amount. Filtration a bit slow due to the ultra filtering. The best thing is it removes the fluoride. The valve takes a bit of a push to open but does not drip. Waiting to see how long the filter lasts.
I am very happy with the water that ZeroWater produces. The reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because when I first started using the dispenser it seemed much slower at releasing the water when I pushed the button on the spout. Then about a month ago when I pushed the button it didn't release water at all. I kept trying to get it to release by pushing the button again and again. It started to trickle out a little then when I would release the button it started to release filtered water in the default , non-button pushed state. So I am still using it but I can't keep it in my fridge anymore. So when I want to filter water I fill the reservoir and then place a large glass jar to catch the filtered water. Then place the filled glass jar into the fridge.
It is rather flimsy and the spout leaks. I had to place it right by the sink because I didn't want water running down my kitchen cabinets. The filter is hard to get screwed on correctly and after 3 tries I still don't get the 0 reading I expected.
Filter is defective: won't pass water because it vapor locks. Tech help on phone says they are sending 2 replacement, and that was 2 weeks ago. Never showed. Now, they say replacements were lost, so now sending 3 replacements. Will see if they arrive, and if they work.
This is the second time I've bought one of these The water won't go through the filters and it's just a pain in the neck get the big one on the stand that one works great
I've had the larger Zero water pitchers before %26 never had issues (altho the meter did break.) This one leaks all over my countertop %26 floor when attempting to use spigot. Also would be great if I didnt have to remove the top but could bend it as the larger sizes allow. Thx!
6 days meter reads 102 I'm going back to Brita I have had 3 sizes of zero water 1 st one was a dream to get a filter without spending 20 I bought a new pitcher it. was lacking this one is obtrusive
I had it for less than a month ann the dispenser spout stopped working and started dripping everywhere. I try to get it replaced in the would not replace it in only would refund me. Makes me wanna buy different brand one then.
