ZeroWater 40 Cup Ready-Pour™ Glass 5-stage Water Filtration Dispenser

Your urn is beautiful and the filtration works well but the on/off turn spout doesn't work well at all. It doesn't open or close well leaving a spilled mess underneath.

I have had this about 2 months and no complaints at all. It is nice having all the filtered water i need without having to wait. The spicket works great. I fill empty water bottles and keep them handy where i use it the most like next to the coffee maker, pantry, office and bedroom. This is the only filter that i found that removes lead. A few years ago while renovating a bathroom, the plumber cut into an old copper pipe and found that half the ID was lined with hard gunk that i assumed the city was removing and testing on a regular basis. I thought we had good water. The tester showed otherwise. I think about all that "gunk" that i have put in my body. Not worrying about it anymore and the water tastes great. I am very happy with Zerowater and would recommend it to my friends and family. The glass container is good looking too.

I've owned a 40 Cup Ready-Pour™ Glass 5-Stage Water Filter Dispenser for years and recently bought two more for two of my daughters. Been so impressed, I bought one for my best friend & 5 of my kids. Summertime was fantastic this year because I used filtered water in my crushed ice maker, which is a WIN/WIN.

For my busy home and large family this is the best thing since sliced bread!! I have had two of the small Zero Filters go several years. They kept me busy trying to keep them full. I bought the 40 Cup Glass Water Dispenser and it is PERFECT! I love the easy to use handle, rather than the push button and not having to fill it but once or twice a day is time saving! THANK YOU ZERO WATER! I love this product.

Good as it is not plastic. Although the base and the glass size aren't perfectly fitting. Overall good

Nice looking design but the spigot is chintzy silver colored plastic. 40 cups is a lot of water and it would be nice to have this design in a smaller size. I don't like the filters, it leaves the water with a flat taste.

The filter delivers on its promise . We have really hard water and it brings the solids to zero. The only problem is that each filter lasts only 1 week and they are very expensive. We loved the filter but we are not sure we will continue to use it because of the cost.

I would not buy this again for several reasons: when the water level is low, the glass is unstable on the base; the spigot is not made (in my opinion) to Zero Water standards I've seen in the past. It is only a question of time before it breaks. It also takes up more room on the counter than I anticipated.

The reason I bought this was because it was stainless steel and glass so I would think it would be a better more durable product. I was wrong, the spout is made of the cheapest plastic. I feel like if I crank it just a bit to hard im going to break it, or one of my kids will do it and splash water all over the place.

There is no tube for water parts missing I need to replace .
