i love wished I'd bought it years ago. very satisfied with it.
Im so happy with this Zero Water pitcher. Its easy to fill and easy to use. Some mornings I turn on the faucet and I can smell the chlorine in the water but with the Zero Water pitcher the water has 0 smell and 0 taste! Its wonderful. I love having the convenience of having the meter right there on top for testing too.
A co-worker was telling me about how he uses a Brita pitcher at home for his humidifier in his bedroom at night and for drinking water. I thought that since I live on the Ohio River and my local drinking water supply comes from it, that it's way overdue for me to have a filtration pitcher, too. But, I wanted to go a step further and check out these ZeroWater systems. I'm very glad I did and when I used the included water tester on my local water it was quite shocking. I'm very glad I went with ZeroWater and my husband and I are now looking into getting an even larger system than the 10 cup pitcher. Thank you for making ZeroWater!
I love zero water! I love the filter tester! Wow! What a concept to include a tester, so I know when the filter needs to be changed. So important and knowing that my water is pure water! When Mike Adams, the health ranger, tested it in his lab and Zero water and it was at the top of the list. It was a no-brainer for me! Thank you for a great product
Hello, This was an eye opener...I bought this 5x WaterFilter and am not disappointed...My house water does have a filtration system but using this got us to"Zerowater" impurities...Thank you...Maybe the company can send this product down to help folks in Florida...Just a thought...Cheers from Maine.
I love this pitcher!!!! It filters pretty fast and now I have quality water to drink and cook with. The water tastes AMAZING! I no longer have to lug heavy cases of bottled water from grocery store to home. My ONLY regret is that I should have made the switch to "ZeroWater" sooner.
I love this pitcher but the TDS tester stopped working after a week. It is not the battery. The tester always reads 3 or fades in and out. It is useless. That is why I gave the pitcher 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise, I love this pitcher. Clean tasting water!
Our larger pitcher broke and I wanted a smaller more lightweight pitcher this time. It is easier to hold and fill and takes up less space. If you fill it to the top it leaks over the top of the handle unless you hold it absolutely level. You also need to wait to pour until the water has gone through or the unfiltered water will leak over the top and mix with what you are pouring. I have gotten accustomed to these issues and have adapted to them.
ZERO Water is clearly THE BEST choice of all the purifiers that don't have to be installed under your sink! The pitcher is easy to use. And I am amazed at the effectiveness of the system! I test my tap water, it had 184 impurities to filter out. After it went through the ZeroWater filter, it tested at 000. That's great! But then even more impressive - I decided to test it a different way. I combined half tap water and half Zero water. And sure enough - its accuracy is amazing - it came up with 94 impurities! That is exactly half - which matches the half & half combination I had mixd together! It really does read the water accurately!! The reason I am giving a 4* rating is because i am disappointed that the 10-cup pitcher, in order for it to hold the claimed 10 cups -- the top filtering part has to be filled THREE times before you have 10 cups of filtered water! Each fill holds about 4 cups. So it takes about 2 2/3 fills. And it takes 6 minutes for each filter to complete. So to have a FULL pitcher of 10 cups, it takes 18-20 minutes, waiting for 3 filling times. So yes -- it "holds" 10 cups. BUT -- in 3 long steps. I am doing this for my health, & so I know I am getting the best quality of filtered water available on the market!! But the pitcher design lacks, it is not convenient if you want 10 cups at a time. Otherwise you have to keep filing it throughout the day if you use more than 4 cups. The other flaw in the pitcher is that if you overfill, it leaks out the back of the handle part. So i am always having tiny spills on the counter. It''s just an inconvenience to have to make sure I don't overfill the top portion each time. Overall -- ZERO is THE BEST WAY to PURIFY your WATER!! I just wish the company would fix a few of these small details.
Compared to other water filters, the reservoir at the top of this filter is tiny. It takes four refills to fill the pitcher with water. Due to the shallow reservoir, water easily spills out when put back in the fridge. Also, an opaque reservoir makes it impossible to see the water level while filling it. The pointless flap covering the spout hinders pouring water. Similar to a wine bottle, this pitcher has a very specific pour angle and any other angle will lead to "glugging" and water spilling everywhere. The handle is not a solid piece with the pitcher, there is a thin tab at the bottom where the handle snaps into place. This adds many nooks and crannies for water and mold to collect. In competing products, the handle and pitcher are one piece of plastic and easier to clean.
