Excellent product. It is easy to put on and take off. I have a poor old r/o that is still somehow working, but doesn't remove the toxic fluoride. This will remove around 98% of it.

Very good
Ease of use, always filters as described. Cost of filters is difficult for me (old and poor), but water quality is so poor in my area, that I use it for drinking and cooking.

DIRTY BROWN WATER!!!
Brand-new right out the box and filters dirty BROWN!! Contacted seller's CS via fb...they claimed Walmart selling COUNTERFEIT, but I'd like to know how since I bought these DIRECTLY from ZEROWATER; not a 3rd party! The CS rep says a new set is shipping out, but idk if I trust them now. These go straight back for full refund!
