great food
This grain, high fiber and protein. No sugar so it can be used to lower sugary items.

Great rolled barley
I like the way they propped the barley. Rolled instead of pearled and stripped. I compared the nutrients vs pearled and the extra nutrients and amounts were astronomical.

good to make congee
the golden color is very temping, just by looking at it. I use this to make congee as it's a good dietary fiber and help to nutrithe stomach according to Chinese herbal doctor.

Slow shipping
Very slow shipping and I cancelled it after it took a while but the vendor said I couldn't cancel it no more and the 2 days after is when I received the message that it was shipped so I dont know why I couldn't have been canceled.
