Zesty Paws Senior Advanced Cognition Bites Chicken Flavor Dog Supplement, 90 Count

I used several of the Zesty Paws supplements prior to trying this one. Knowing that they are supplying a better quality of life, especially in my older boy, I decided to try these. I researched the ingredients and found they contain important "food" for the brain to help prevent cognitive decline. Easy to use - he loves them! I swear he has perked up some with the addition of the Cognition Bites! He has been more interested in his surroundings and really enjoys his walks more than before. He's even shown some interest in toys again... I would recommend these to anyone with an older dog to help keep their minds sharp and their interest in life.

I began using Cognition Bites for our 16 year old Shih Tzu a year ago,along with other Zesty Paws bites. I feel they have really helped in keeping functioning at a high level, giving him a good quality life. The vet always comments on how full of energy he is and how he is doing very well for a dog his age.

My senior dog's vet thought my girl might be showing early signs of Canine Cognitive Dysfunction (ie, doggy dementia) and recommended a few changes and/or additions to her diet, including adding Lion's Mane Mushrooms and ashwagandha. I already give my dog several other Zesty Paws products, so trying this was an easy call. After a few months, my dog does seem more bright-eyed, lucid, social, and more herself. I tried this in conjunction with several other changes, so it's impossible to know whether one has had more of an effect than any of the others, but I'm confident in these products and believe it's made a difference.

These bites have magically given back normalcy in the life of my newfoundland. She is calm and happy most of the time and is able to sleep. Prior to these calming and cognition bites she would wake in the morning barking and growling at me as though she didn't know me and would not respond to her name. She had episodes during the day barking in a corner, getting lost in familiar rooms and going to the hinge side of doors to get out At night we would spending hrs standing outside in the rain refusing to come in This has totally changed our lives

My dog really really improved with this product. She has dementia and was acting weird...I started to see the difference in like 2 weeks after she started taking this product. She stopped trying to bite me and sleeps with me again, because she stopped this this months ago.

My 12 year old black lab has alzheimers. When she was first diagnosed, she was having panic attacks and would pace all night long. These calming bites have made it so she now rarely has panic attacks, and she sleeps through the whole night. They must taste pretty good, too, because she gobbles them down.

I have a 16 yo miniature pinscher, she is our baby, she is blind and deaf so she gets very anxious and we tried everything until I got this product, it's really helping her, she is more relaxed and sleeps a bit better during the night. I'm giving her 1/2 chewy with breakfast and 1/2 with dinner mixed with banana because she has not teeth :)

I have a Lab who is 11 and she is starting to lose her eyesight and her mind is starting to slip. Because of her eyesight issues she has trouble seeing in the dark and would panic outside and not go potty and then would have a poop accident overnight in my house. I started her on this product and have not had an issue. I tried switching her to something else and ended right back at Calming and Cognition because the other brand I tried did not work nearly as well.

Our 12 1/2 year old toy fox/rat terrier cross started showing signs of cognitive dysfunction and also started whining at night. We started giving him one of these chews every night at bedtime and he seems better and has less anxiety. I highly recommend these chews, because they really do work well. Two enthusiastic paws up!

We have been using these for our 12 year old lab. He was showing signs of confusion and quick onset doggy dementia. He was circling a lot, pacing, standing in corners and getting himself stuck. We've only been using these about a month and a half now and we see so much progression in him, it's almost as if we've reversed the cycle he was getting himself into. Sure he is still an older dog who will continue to have issues but the doggy dementia has been tamed in the last month and it's as if we have our good old Boozer back
