I was using a small, electric insect zapper, with limited results. I had a few people tell me about these traps, so I thought I'd give them a try. They work great! We've had problems with fruit flies before, but these traps seem to keep them in check. There are always a bunch of little, flying insects on the sticky surface. I definitely recommend!

This product does as it promises on its ads. I am greatly impressed with its simplicity and how much better it makes my life. In its essence, all it is amounts to the same principle of those ugly dangling fly strips that used to hand from the ceiling. Not at all a great thing to view. This is hidden and more discreet in its effectuality. I recommend it highly for anyone who cannot stomach any flying insects hovering from garbage or anything else that attracts them, like food..

It was very easy to set up. I placed it at the outlet nearest to my plants inside my apartment. I purchased refills, but I have not needed to use them. I used to have gnats bothering me when I sat near my indoor garden, but no more. Occasionally, one will show up but not constantly bother me.

If you hate any kind of flying bug this is for you. If a bugs in the room - plug this in , turn lights off %26 bug will find it. Otherwise they are attracted to its light and then bam they are stuck in the fly paper…. Do Not Touch. Your sh%23% will get stuck %26 you just ruined one of your re fills, you are welcome :-))

This thing is amazing. I started with one in the kitchen. It's amazing what it collects. Then I added one in living room and one in the master bath. Put this last one in 2 days ago. I checked it yesterday and couldn't believe it. I didn't realize how many gnats, etc. were around.

Ordered the double pack and received the one pack. That’s annoying. BUT this thing works! Within an hour the gnats and fruit flies are out of the kitchen. I need another two for other areas of the house bc stupid flies keep getting in. Do read the directions. They give helpful tips about placement. I’ve been so happy with this brand. I’d say they’re worth the cost.

It's pretty good. I like it. It caught a bunch of tiny bugs that I only see occasionally now. The blue light is awesome. It's like a night light. I plugged it in the kitchen. I haven't seen that it has caught house flies yet, but we don't have them as much as gnats and little bugs.

I suspect this product's effectiveness relies heavily on the type of insect and the location of the light. In my apartment the problem (fruit flies) collect near the ceiling of my living livingroom and NOT near the floor where the only outlet available to plug in the device is. It does catch fruit flies and a few random houseflies. This occurs mostly in the evening with the lights turnoff and the only light being the device. I'm not sure a glass of vinegar would not have been cheaper and more effective.

ok purchased one last year. blue light didn't work this year..PURCHASED NEW ONE ALONG WITH ZEVO FLY SPRAY. PLUGGED IT IN..JUNE 29TH CAUGHT 2 FLIES ONE KNAT.. TODAY IS JULY 9TH.....I WILL NOT BLAME WALMART..THIS IS A PROCTER AND GAMBLE FARCE.. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY......WILL BE CONTACTING ZEVO CORPORATE OFFICE...

This product does not work for gnats,fruit flies or regular flys.Have had this product for a month and it has trapped a dozen flies at most and a lady bug which escaped. I have tried it in 3 locations. I currently have a gnat issue I cant solve. Honestly a hundred gnats can be flying around it and nothing goes in it. I am not a bot or a competitor. I am writing this so you wont waste your money.
