gift for my grandson, and he was thrilled with it. Wish they were on the shelf so I could have picked out my own, but it was cute

Online shopping with store pickup is irritating!
Have really no issue with product. One of my dogs favorite toys. My issue is with Walmart online shopping with store pickup, why bother giving me a choice of colors when you completely disregard it?!?

I would like to have been given the option to choose which hamster as it stated “ multiple characters available “ in the description. It showed all the different characters, but wouldn't let me choose.

The website led me to believe that there were four Zuzu pets in the box I received one Zuzu pet had I known there was only one I would not have paid shipping. Then when I went back to the website to look it up, I see that you have changed The picture evidently you realized it was misleading, but I was misled and I'm upset about that.

Misleading advertising- nowhere did it state how many were coming and our kids were bummed when only 1 showed up.

I haven't opened the package yet to give it to my daughter, but I do feel like it was a very misleading on the listing that there is only one pet included. I was under the impression I was getting the whole set. Hopefully my daughter will enjoy it.

I was unable to pick different colors do all were the same color. That was a little disappointing for the kids.
