The only minor complaint is I asked for it to be delivered on back porch because I wasn't gonna be home. It was delivered to front porch.

This is great for a small dog. Not for a puppy growing because they will outgrow it in two weeks. But I still use it when I want to transfer him from the large crate.

its so hard to slide the bars to open doors. the doors are bent outwards and the handle was extremely difficult to attach its really cute and an easy thing for puppies but definitely low quality

i put my little dog in and had to work and work to get her out the latches were very hard to close and open it seemed like they were bent. the bottom latch to hold the pan in the crate was bent and wouldn't latch. very cheaply made
