Zim’s Max-Freeze PRO Extra Strength Pain Relief Cooling Roll-on, 3 oz

I like the item but, I only ordered it one time %26 you keep sending me the order every month I called your Costumer Service number 1-800-925-6278 about it %26 told them to stop sending me that stuff I refund me my money but, I got it again in July. Stop sending me that stuff and send me my money.

I discovered ZIM'S Max Feeeze PRO Extra Strength to be 1 of my most highly effective pain relief roll ons for pain relief of my lower back hip. It rolls on easily without an odd smell or sticky ointment. I have been using this item for over 2 years for my chronic back hip pain. It lasts long too. I would highly recommend

I love Max Freeze but it seems it is always out at store level. Thank God, I can get it online. I have had to spine surgeries and I have 16 screws in two cages in my spine. I've had a knee replacement with three infections that left me with two rods in a blob of a knee. I've also had five shoulder surgeries. So you can imagine how much pain I'm in. The only thing that allows me to sleep at night and to do anything is Max Freeze (and my pain medication). Even though it has the same ingredient, menthol, that every other roll-on has it has other ingredients that make it more effective than those that are more expensive. As long as Max Freeze is available, it will be my number one go to.

Could be a mental thing BUT I definitely feel like it works better than the 4% menthol!

I've been buying this for years and it's my preferred brand. However, they have done something with the formula. As soon as I put it on I start itching like crazy. Sadly disappointed with this change.
